Cavas Recaredo: the world renowned artisan cava
Recaredo is a family owned winery founded in 1924 that make high quality Brut Nature cava. The winery is located on the slopes of the Bitlles river and is surrounded by forest and hills. They represent tradition, quality and craftsmanship. The wines are made only from vineyards of organic and biodynamic agriculture and they continue to work in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia with manual disgorgement of all the bottles.
