Lasarte is an exclusive 3-star Michelin restaurant, located in the prestigious Hotel Condes in the heart of Barcelona on Passeig de Gràcia.
The restaurant was opened in 2006, under the management of the Basque chef Martin Berasategui, gaining immediate success and becoming one of the city’s best dining rooms. Martín Berasategui, one of today’s greatest chefs, has created a culinary style defined by perfectionism, advanced cooking techniques and the highest quality natural ingredients.Altogether he holds 6 Michelin stars across his restaurants in Guipúzcoa, San Sebastián and Lasarte in Barcelona. Much of Lasarte’s success is due to chefs Antonio Sáez and Josep Villodre (FOH). Antonio Sáez, who heads the kitchen, combines Martín Berasategui signature dishes with his own ideas created for the restaurant.
The restaurant can seat 35 diners, a perfect number to present avant-garde Catalan cuisine created by Martin Berasategui. The selection of Berasategui's star dishes change according to seasons.

Each dish is created with passion, respect and care.” Lasarte's menu offers a spectacle of dishes like famous farmhouse egg cooked at a low temperature with beetroot and liquidised herb salad, grilled red shrimp, hake "kokotxas", slow-cooked monfish, roasted scallops and "Torrija".
